Reached 100 lbs lost

Hello Everyone; I have lost 101 lbs and have been doing a dance since I got off of the scales. I don't loose any for a week then all at once I start loosing again. I ain't complaining at all folks. I had my surgery on 3/30/05 and am very glad that I had it done and would do it again if I had to do it over. I am thinking on checking into Curves at a town about 20 miles away. Any one go to curves and can tell me the price range? Thanks Melinda

That is wonderful news!!! I am only down around 79-80 pds... I dont know why I a a slow loser, Maybe my age (52)..Best of luck and have fun at curves thats a great place. Janice 231/151/??? 5`1 ft.

Hello Janice; I don't know if it is your age or not. I will be 51 next month. I think that the reason I am taking it off slow is because of not really exercising. Do you exercise? I started out at 293 and am down to 192.

Congratulations! That is way I just hit the 100 lb marlk myself and I am so excited. Keep up the good work! My weight loss stalls for a couple weeks and then I lose a few. I guess maybe that happens to alot of us. Scarlette
