Exercise Challenge - Join Now
Okay lets start our Monthly Marcher's Exercise Challenge!
Here is the outline - Each week you will post how many hours you spent exercising. Exercise will need to consist of activity of at least 20 minutes in length. It will need to be something that will get your heart rate moving and not just normal errands and chores.
Each Monday thru Sunday add up your totals. We can then post a topic each Sunday where you can state your totals. At the end of 4 weeks we will have a winner.
What does the winner get as a prize? Well some thoughts are extreme congrats from other Marcher's and the satisfaction of motivating others. We will post the winner on the main message board and perhaps other monthly groups might join to compete.
We can always adjust the challenge as time goes along. So feel free to post suggestions and comments.
