I am whinning again

I am such a slow loser it is bothering me that I wont get to my goal soon ?? I am now starting to eat bread and rice, I am trying to be good with all the protein...I am 52yrs so I keep blaming thats why I am a slow loser, Whats up with this. I am so pleased that I have lost weight though. Janice 231/154/ 130ish one day.

Janice, 77 pounds in 7 months is not slow- think back to the diets you have done in the past - did you lose 11 pounds a month on those?? Remember you started off as a lightweight and loss can be slower when you have less to lose. You are doing great - just remember your protein, vitamins and water and get some exercise and it will come off! You are SOOOO close - DO NOT get discouraged !! Terri

Janice, 154 is so skinny! I am feeling normal sized in the 170's, I can only imagine how great you are loookig in the 150's. It looks like you are only 20lbs. from your goal and you will get there. I'm excited for you! And I eat a little bread and rice, too, it won't kill your diet; just keep up the protein, too. Becky

Janice, I think the speed in which we lose has alot to do with the weight we begin at. I think you have done wonderfully. Pat yourself on the back, you deserve it and try not to get so upset over numbers on the scale. You must be feeling great by now. Enjoy the progress you have made. Jean

Janice, You were a "light weight" to begin with like me. I was 242 and am now 170. My dr told me 2 weeks ago that I am right on track for the weight I was to begin with. So I would say you are doing AWSOME!! Hang in there. You are doing everything you can and the last bit of weight will come off!! Hugs, Michelle
