I hate 240...
Argh! I have been bouncing from 235-240 for the past 2 months! It's driving me utterly bonkers, I tell you. I was 241 on Friday.....This morning...236 and I had a bad weekend....a lot of grazing due to a Halloween party we had and my inability to behave, I guess.
And I have been exercising! worked my butt off all week getting my friends house cleaned and decorated (shes pregnant, and did way more then she should have, anyway). I jogged last week on weds....nearly died from that on thursday when my legs (shins to thighs) woke me up...might I add that I didn't even think there were muscles in your shins? lol....I know better now . We went to the park yesterday and spent 1 hour climbing rocks in the stream with the dog....
Again, Argh. Hopefully this will break soon!

You sound like me- I have gone back and forth with the same few pounds for a few weeks now, I seem to lose a pound about once a week but then it comes back (ie week before last lowest weight 227 highest 232, then last week lowedt 226 highest 231 then this week lowest 225 highest 229) Driving me insane but once I see the lower number, I claim it!!

HUNNY--- Jsut let me tell you
I have been fighting this same fight since the middle of September. I have lost a total of 115 pounds but since then I have been yo-yoing up and down on them. I want this dam plateau to be over with for Christ sakes.
Seems like no matter what I do nothing works. It is so depressing but I am not gonna give up hope.
