Faith, I don't exercise enough. I tend to walk quite a bit on the weekends, about 2.5 miles Sat and 2.5 miles Sun. I was using my rowing machine (which I love) but I haven't used it in over 2 months. I started a contest with a co-worker this past weekend. We have to exercise for 5 hours per week or the other one pays $3. Hoping it will be an incentive. corgimom

I have been a slower loser so I am exercising a lot to try and keep the numbers descending. I walk every day 1-2 miles (try for more) water aerobics 3X a week and weight training/circuit training 3 days a week. I still don't love it, but I just keep doing it. I have heard yoga is great. Alison

I was bad and didn't exercise much the first 4 months. I joined a gym a couple monthes ago and I love it now. I go 3-4 times a week. I do cardio and weight training. I love the weight training because I lose fat and not muscle. I was scared to exercise because everyone said it slows weight loss, but I only stalled the first few weeks of exercising and now I am losing again. Also my body shape is really toning up now and even though I have extra skin that exercise won't get rid of I look better because of the muscle tone. Good luck! Scarlette

I have exersiced from the beginning, when I started by walking a few blocks. I am up to a walk/jog 4-5 miles every other day and one long walk/jog on Saturdays (11 miles this past Saturday). I am training for the Houston Marathon in January. I love walking/jogging. My weightloss has gone well, except for this month, which is at about 4 lbs. However, I did drop another size this month. Exercising helps me not obsess about the scale as much. (Although, I still have days that I obsess.) Becky

i take taekwondo lessons twice a week, and do weight training on the bowflex 3 times a week. unfortunately i've been slacking lately, the TKD instructor had a family emergency and we didn't have class for 2 weeks, and though i should have been, i wasn't working out on the bowflex those weeks either. i'm back in TKD classes now, but still have to muster up the courage to get back into the weight training. (i hate starting over and it's been long enough that i'm going to have to lower the weights again, ugh) now that the weather isn't oppressively hot, i'm considering going walking on my lunch breaks again as well.

Okay, I am pretty bad. I don't go to the gym at all. The problem was that I had two jobs and was working myself to death. I still have two jobs but the second one is only on the weekends and its a very physical job. I am lifting 50lbs consistently all day (so its basically a workout). But now that my nights are off again, I'm gonna start back up at the gym. I must of been getting enough walking in anyways because I've still managed to lose 115lbs and its come off pretty consistently for the last 7 months. Kerri

I'm addicted to exercise right now. I've developed muscle mass so much that my weight loss has stopped for some time now. But I have lost inches in my stomach. I just switched from speed boxing to kick boxing. I'm doing Pilates three times a week. I walk every morning, 6 am. (sometimes I do come back and go back to bed, yes) Weight training three times a week. Push ups daily now. I have a swimmercize class twice a week at 8 am. I love this the most!! There is a boot camp workout at the gym that I want to check out. It is three times a week, three hours a day. Sounds great! I would have to give up some of the other stuff. If I did not exercise, I would fall over. I have limited energy & use most of it on exercise. Exercise: I promise, YOU WILL LoSE more weight NOT TO MENTION "FEEL GREAT"
