Onederland! I DID IT! I DID IT! I DID IT!!
Stepped on the scale this morning and I'm at 199!!! I haven't weighed under 200 since 1979!!
As a result, since I got to "Onederland" TWO MONTHS EARLY, I have decided to lower my goal weight three lbs to 175. Now, I'm realistic enough to know the odds don't favor that goal, and I'll be happy to settle in anywhere between 180 and 185. 174 would actually put my BMI down to the "normal" range that would make my PCP walk around with a perpetual smile, but I doubt she'll yell at me much if I remain forever under 200!

Well, not so much stalls (in the sense that others have gone weeks or months), but I had slowed down, in the past month, to about a lb a week or so. I eat between 800 and 1200 cals a day (72-80 g of protein), I get in all my fluid, and I try to get in about 20 minutes of exercise a day, 6 days a week (3 aerobic, 3 weight training). I'm not as consistant with the exercise as I'd like to be, but I'm working on it.
