6 month checkup (more or less)

Saw my surgeon for my six-month checkup (okay, so it's 7 months--picky, picky, picky). He's very pleased with my progress (and my wife's). As of today, I'm cleared to stop taking Nexium (unless I show further symptoms). This will be the first time I can go off Nexium in 7 years! Now, if I can just get another four lbs off for my next Big Goal.... Greg (342/203/178)

Greg, Thats awsome and that 4lbs will be off before you know it!! Even if it never came off you look great and I bet you feel like a million bucks!! My next goal is to get into the 160's so like you I have 4 more lbs to go! Hugs, Michelle
