6 mo. checkup great!

Hi everyone: My 6 mo. anniversary was 9-28. My appt. with Dr. Hart was the 29th. He was pleased to see that I have lost 93 lbs (from 265 to 172) in 6 months. In fact, he said if I were losing any faster he'd be worried about me. I feel terrific, and I must say I never thought this was possible for me. Best to everyone on their amazing jurney DOWN...
