6 1/2 month update!!

Good morning everybody!! Long time lurker- first time poster here on this board! Since surgery I have lost most of my comorbdities....CPAP is the next to go. I think that is probably about gone, but just not documented yet. It's hard to believe how much better my life is now... I have gone from a 6X shirt to an XL. My feet have actually gotten smaller!! Gone from a 12 down to a 10 1/2... go figure!!! take care everyone!!! Tim 410/250/??? I know, I know... I need to update my pic!!!

Wow, nice to see you Tim and congrats! I don't see many men on the boards so it is so nice to see you post. Sometimes it's nice to hear how the men are doing and also nice to get a mans perspective on things. Keep in touch and again congratulations on the new healthier you! Jean

That is awesome!! I'm very glad to see someone losing weight so well. I've had the feet thing happen too. I was in a size 9 and I'm now down into a size 9 and no longer a wide. Ekks!
