Ok for Christmas I am buying myself a AB Lounger, and one of the others. Which would be best? I am pear shaped and although my hips and legs are getting smaller they are still the biggest part of me. Should I get the Easy Shaper or Tony Littles Gazelle? Also, is the AB Lounger a good choice? I have heard alot of wonderful things about it and before I go buy this stuff I want your alls opinions on the best. Hugs Angela Open RNY 3/24/05 313/220/140? -93lbs

I dont know what an easy shaper is but I have a gazelle and just love it!! I heard the ab lounge can pinch you some how...I use the sit up bar at the gym but I know you can get it at any fitness store. Let us know what you pick!! Michelle www.active.com/donate/tntwpawv/michelleuschock

Hey Michelle, I am going to get the gazelle and the ab lounger for myself as a Christmas present. I usually don't spend that much on me but I got a babysitting job just so I could get a few extras this year, lol. Thank u! Hugs Angela Open RNY 3/24/05 313/219/140? -94lbs

I have the Easy Shaper and I love it. You actually get a total body work out. I am sure you will enjoy!!

Just be sure to take care of the upper body. While it's a great idea to tone the lower half with any of those devices, if you focus there and neglect the upper half, what you'll wind up with will be a very toned, pear-shaped body. My wife and I bought a Total Gym. You can do ALL the exercises for both halves of the body, but my wife and I focus more on upper body exercises to build those up to match the wider lower halves, and rely on walking and squats to tone up the lower without building it up too much.
