You are loosing your padding!! I hear this is VERY common with post-ops. I too always need a fan on me and need A/C on constantly and such. You are no longer a heavy-weight anymore and have LESS than 100 lbs to lose!! And the problem with being cold will continue. People in support groups have said the same thing and that they even bring a portable heater to work and sweater and people think they are NUTS in the summer here wearing a sweater inside but their body is different now. So it's normal. Go get a sweatshirt and jogging pants!! Trisha -98 lbs

I have the same problem I have lost 112 in six months and can't get warm. I was always too hot. I didn't really own a coat. I'm buying one this weekend and most people around here are still in shorts. I feel like my internal thermostat is on the blink. Must be part of the routine!

Hi, I am new here and I just had to respond because now I see that I am not alone. I thought I was losing my mind or something. I am constantly cold, especially my feet!!! I must wear socks at all times and I too have an extra comforter on my bed. I didn't have this problem until after surgery, but that's ok, as long as I am losing the weight and healthy otherwise, I guess I will be buying more footies!!!
