I am NORMAL??????
I am 5 months and one week out today, so I got on the scale this morning. I have lost 90 pounds and have a BMI of 24.9!!!! OMG I AM NORMAL!!!!
As soon as my hair stops falling out, I will get it dyed-because I am COMPLETELY gray. YAY, then I won't feel 100 years old anymore, I will be 38 again! (Maybe even less)
People I haven't seen in a while are startled when they see me and say such charming things as..."I didn't realize you were THAT much overweight." "You look great...will that little skin thing there on your neck have to be operated on?" and the one I got yesterday that gave me the giggles..."Did the surgery cause your hair to turn white?" (I responded, "why, yes it did-the surgery is soooo hard on your body that I just didn't have the energy left to produce brunette hair any longer.")
The only real problem I have is getting my blood pressure up and keeping it up so I don't get all tired. I was in the hospital two weeks ago because they thought I had appendicits. My bp at admittance was 62/35-so they decided I was dehydrated and pushed fluids and took my bp every hour. After a day and a half of constant fluids my bp finally got
to 78/40! I don't know what the bp thing is all about, but it wasn't appendicitis...I had a ruptured ovarian cyst that abscessed. I am okay now tho!!
Have a wonderful day...do a little happy dance-the exercise is good for ya!
