Now this is neat having a forum of people who had their surgery's March 2005!!! My best post-op experience was giving all of my size 26 & 24 clothes away to another "big" girl. I'm still loosing weight but didn't want to buy a lot of clothes, so I went down to the Goodwill store and "stocked up" on dresses, slacks and blouses! I'd been down the Goodwill & Salvation army stores once before and couldn't find any "plus plus" size clothing that I'd even consider wearing. Now, at a size 14-16, I could find plenty of outfits! Now that I've lost weight, i'm going to start riding my beautiful Morgan horses again. Looking forward to the sore muscles again! Becca Holton, KS

Thats the best, knowing you can go to the Goodwill and find about anything thats just right for you. Before we would just have to settle for the best that we can get. Well Congratulations to you, and Let us all know how good it feels to ride those Beautiful morgans again.. Great wishes for you, and glad to see your enjoying the ride. Jessica 294 / 221 / -73

Congrats!!! doesn't it feel so good!!!! I went out to by clothes last night not much though. I couldn't believe what size I went down to. From 18-20 to a 10-12 and med/lg tops, bra down from 40DD to a 36D. I lost 68lbs so far and feel GREAT!!!! Good luck to you! LynnD

Wow! You are doing great!! Keep up the good work! Yeah, as I'm going down sizes, I'm buying clothes at 2nd hand stores and through clothing exchanges at local support groups. No reason to pay full price for something you are only going to wear a few weeks/months. Keep us posted on you! You sound like you are doing great! Trisha
