thanks!! i think those last 5 lbs. were the slowest EVER, hehe. thankfully bumping up my protein and water did the trick and the last couple of pounds came off pretty quickly!

thanks!! i am enjoying it, though it was odd when i announced it to a co-worker and she was shocked that i was over 200, she thought i was well under that already. talk about an ego boost, hehe.

WOW WTG!!! You know you need to have a good by party now ! RIGHT?!!! GOOD BYE TO THAT 200 NUMBER THAT YOU WILL NEVER SEE AGAIN. When i went below the 200lb mark i did a dance and lit a candle to say goodbye and i will never see you again!!! LOL I know how you feel and i am so happy for you. CHER 248/185/140

Way to go Michelle!! I can imagine how excited you were!! Just wanted to tell the world!! As you know., there have been a few of us on that plateau right along with you, myself included! I broke that plateau this last week also! I lost 5 lbs. Down from 270 to 201!! 2 lbs to go to be right there with ya!! Cant wait!! And will be right on here when I hit that magic number!!!
