I have lost 62 lbs and 53 1/2 inches in 4 months time! My surgeon is very happy and says that I have lost 40% of my goal. I am happy too! This is the lowest that I have weighed in at least 20 years! yahoo!

That is fantastic! I'm excited for you. We have the same surgery date and I have lost 93 pounds, and I went from a size 24 to a 12. I'm very pleased with my results.
