Bear report
Well I keep hearing that people have seen a new Bear in our area and I have been looking for him. Well then I was informed I am him lol. THey sy I look like a new man. I have lost 120 lbs and am below 400 lbs for the first time in manyyyyyyyyyyyy years. I am down to 396 which just tickles the heck out of me. and if I count what I lost before surger I am dow 142 lbs. Man oh man that is a whole nother person. I am feeling so much better than I have in years. Went on a vacation to NYC and washington DC and was able to walk around and up the steps and stuff like I havent ever done and surely couldnt have done just 6 months ago. But this is just a lil update now to try to figure out how to fix my new profile too.

You are doing wonderful and looking so totally different. You should be just thrilled with all the great new things you can do now. It is amazing that I can walk and shop for hours now and before I could hardly make it a few hours. I know just what you mean about not being able to do those things before. Sure makes vacation alot more fun!!!

Wow, Barry, you've done amazingly! To the normal sized it might seem funny to be celebrating weight in the 300s, but when a person's been higher than that this all surely feels like a miracle happening. I'm a fellow 300's traveler who's feeling better than ever, and I lift my protein shake to you and wish you even more success and happiness!
