Very nice, Shelly. Yes, this surgery is a miracle. It's hard to articulate, but right now, On July 30, I KNOW I will weight less on September 30 and November 30 etc. When could I ever say that when I dieted before? And I'm enjoying my food and not craving anything . I feel almost "normal"!
