Teresa, First of all, congratulations on your progress. For me, I don't know that month 4 was that much different than month 3. My weight loss has progressed on an average of 17 lbs a month and I did reach the century club this month (Your Mileage May Vary). I have experimented with more bread this month, with mixed results (I tried some sourdough bread in San Francisco--bad juju!) A lot of dietary restrictions still won't be lifted until the six month mark (things like salads--our hospital nutrition dept. won't allow it until at least 6 months (and they really prefer a year)). It's a tough question to answer since so many people are on different plans and have different results. Greg (342/228/178)

Hmm....well, I had a tough month in month 4. I was finally able to eat normal foods and didn't throw up like I did in previous months, so that was a plus. But my weight loss came to a halt for 3 weeks and I was also very fatigued. I also started getting ulcer pains and was put on ulcer medication just in case. So not sure what to tell you to expect for month 4. We are all different. Even though it was kind of a tough month for me, I lost inches and people could really tell a difference in my weight loss this month. I seemed to have gone over a hump or something and I'm beginning to look more normal than horribly obese. Ya know? I have angles and curves now vs. rolls of fat everywhere. Congrats on your success so far! You are doing great!! Trisha -89 lbs

My 4 months I could eat almost anything but you really gotta take it slow. What goes down good today may not go down so good tomarrow!! Ive had that a few times!! And yes, at 4 months my weight also came to a standstill but people started making more comments and clothes fit different so the inches must have been catching up on the weight??!! I know the standstill is depressing but everyone says it will pass!! I sure hope they are right!! Best of luck to you and congrats on your progress! YOur doing great!!
