My 4 month anniversary was 070305 and last weigh in was 071405 was down 103. WEIGH TO GO MARCHERS. LETS KEEP MARCHING ON!!!

Surgery was on 3/8. I'm down 67 since surgery - 87 overall. I stopped losing about 3 weeks ago and the scale has just started to move again. I've lost so much hair, I elected to shave my head. Only drag - it turns out that I'll need a new left hip soon. I guess I should have had the surgery earlier. C'est la vie! Harbor

I've hit a major stall this month and am a bit frustrated. I'll be glad when this month is over. It's been a tough month for me. I'm 4.5 months out and am down 85 lbs. I've only lost 2 lbs this month. I'm varying things up a bit and exercising more and upping my protein so hopefully something will result in getting my body to lose again. Trisha -85 lbs
