4 months out today

4 Months out yesterday and down 90 pounds. Problem is I've been here for 3 weeks! I'll break this hold this weekend with exercise and sun! Dave

I was 4 months on the 9th and this morning I am down 69.5 pounds! Alyson

I'm 4 months tomorrow, and so far I'm down 90lbs, starting at 310.

4 months today and down 56 lbs. Had a WOW moment though. I had to go potty really bad and went in there and whipped down my jeans.......I never unbuttoned them or unzipped them. LOL. I was simply amazed. Keep up the good work. Terri

Four months out for me on July 3rd. As of July 8th, down 103. All the Marchers are FABULOUS!
