Myra, Go to: http://www.zoneperfect.com/site/content/locator.asp From this link, you can put in your location and it'll show you where Zone Perfect bars are available in your area. GNC, Wal-Mart, they all carry the Zone bars. I love the Chocolate Caramel Cluster; maybe because I finally found one I like, so I haven't tried another one. They have 16g of protein in them, so that's not too shabby. KV

Thanks Kevin! Was at WalMart tonight but didn't look in the right place I guess. I did see some 50% less sugar Oatmeal ... bought it. Thought I might give it a try (despite my dietitian's restrictions ... shhhh!). Thanks everyone for the help! Myra

My nutritionist gave me the o.k. for oatmeal as long as it is the low sugar kind and made with skim milk and measured. I eat that for a lot of my breakfast sometimes I will make 2oz of oatmeal and 2 slices of low fat bacon. That gives me 12 grams of protein and 3 grams of fat. It is also low in calories.

Hi Steph, Where are you finding low sugar oatmeal? I can't find any brands that are low. Thanks Kerry

I had for breakfast today a sugar free decaffinated vanilla coffee (international foods at walmart) then I made 1 egg I am learning to eat this again so just a few bites and turkey bacon (this stuff is great!)with some mozzarella on top rolled in a carb chopper 1/2 tortilla (wheat) I had about 2 bites and was full. LOL then about 1 hour later I get a protein drink. I just usually eat leftovers from dinner mainly protein such as meats with some beans and cheese on the side. But I want to eat eggs again so I tried this today.
