I take the Centrum Chewables, surgeon's office told me to take them at first. Now I can take any non-coated onesout there, but I found the Vitamin and Mineral caps from the Fat Flush System, which I had bought about a year ago, are actually higher in ALL the ingredients than the Centrums. Don't know if you can get just he vitamins, they are by UNI KEY Health Systems, Inc web is unikeyhealth.com Alyson

Hi Shelly, I returned that liquid, and I have one (spilt in half and swallow) GNC Women's with iron a day and 1 Flintstone completechewable. I also take a calcium now with B6 and liquid B12 Complex from GNC (It's orange flavor and not nasty) - Jan

I take Centrum Complete Chewables - two a day. They are citrus flavored and taste good. I took flinstone with iron the first month because that is what my dr advised, but I switched to Centrum chewbles because a lot of patients in my local support groups take that. Surgeon gave the OK too. I've heard nothing but about liquid vitamins. Get chewable or crush the pills. Also, a lot of vitamin stores (not sure about GNC) will let you sample a product before leaving the store to see if you like it or not. I heard about that a couple months ago, and have tried it at 2 different health food stores I go to and they are more than happy to open a container - even a whole protein mix container - and offer a sample. Also, most healthfood stores (not sure about GNC) will accept returns if you don't like something you bought. Even unjury.com and vitalady.com do as well as local health food stores. Something to keep in mind in case you get home and don't like a product. Trisha -89 lbs
