GNC Vitamin

I went for the first time to GNC and the guy said that alot of people that have WLS have been taking the Liquid Ultra Mega...So I got some any way if it's better for me I will take it but don't really like the tast..but for $24.99 a bottle I will take it all ... LOL... Does any one out there take this vitamin from GNC and if so tell me what you think about it..Thanks Shelly -102

I don't take it but you might want to run it by your doctor and have them take a look to make sure you're getting everything you need, suppliment wise. I get a chewable from my doctor and it's only $14 per bottle. Good luck! Toni

My doc is fine with flintstone chewables. My son takes them so I don't have to buy different ones for me. I agree run the bottle by them first and see if everything you need is in it. Eileen

i'm amazed you kept it down, i couldn't stomach the stuff! i returned it the day after i bought it. i take bariatric advantage chewables instead now.

What are they and where did you get them. I bought the chewables by Vista Vitamin...and YUCK!!! Gross!!!! I cant wait until I can swallow the pill version.... in the meantime I was taking Flintstones... but I have recently switched to prenatal vits. from GNC. They are HUGE and I have to cut them in 3rds...

Hi Shelly, I take Viactive chocolate chew vitamins . I also use chocolate calcium chews. I do get my liquid B-12 from GNC as well as my Chocolate Whey Protien. I add it to my skim milk. I had bloodwork done last month and everything was perfect so I guess they work ok for me. Take Care, Julio
