Hi Megan, we're surgery date twins. Your doing really great! Having a daily schedule that covers my protein, vitamins, food, etc., really helps me. I tend not to get the right amounts when I do not concentrate on my schedule. It always has to be in the back of your mind. Best of luck! I have lost 101 lbs as of last week. I have a ways to go before getting to where you are now, but I know that it will happen. Keep us updated. TraciL

One easy way to get protein is to eat an Odyssey bar. It has 30 grams of protein. You can order them from bariatriceating.com but they are actually cheaper at Walgreen's. It's best to just nibble on one all day as they are pretty dense. Taste good, too.
