I am no longer obese!!!!!! Just overweight
As of right now I am just overweight. My bmi is 29.6 
from a starting point of 42 bmi

I started this journey at a high weight of 256 and as of tonight I am 167. This is so unreal the changes I have gone through. I just had to share this with all of you and wish you all well.
