Ummm... YEAH!!! I have been in a stall for 5...count them FIVE weeks. After having surgery March 8th, I went down 57 lbs and have completely stalled out. Logically, I know that the body has to adjusted itself after losing so much weight, but it is still frustrating. Thank God the inches are still shifting. Just a thought...you may want to keep a record of body measurements. It certainly helps curb the frustration level when the weight is not moving. Just keep doing what you know needs to be done...protein, water, exercise and the body will adjust and the pounds will begin dropping once again. Jeannie

No offense everyone but I am glad I am not the only one stalled! I was starting to think something was wrong with me! LOL I have been stalled for 2 1/2 weeks! I am at 210 plus I weighed in at 211 today! I have started working out in the gym with a trainer everyday for the past 4 days and she is killing me! LOL I get 92g of protein a day all 64 oz. of water a day. and have switched to vista vits. as of Friday. I hope to get in more protein today and more water in see if that helps. Any other suggestions?

You are not alone. I've been stalling ALL month. I can't wait until this month is over. Scale isn't budging no matter what I do. I hear that this happens to people 4-5 months out because body is in shock of the great amount of weight loss we had post-op and doesn't know what is going on Just hang in there. Weight will come off again. Be patient. I'm in my 4th week of my stall. Been trying all sorts of things to shake it up, but scale isn't budging. It will soon though......I know it will.
