Anybody else in a stall?
Hello everyone,
I have been in a stall for the last two weeks. It's getting frustrating. I know the usual rules - increasing water, increasing protein, increasing exercise. I have gone back to drinking some protein shakes and protein bars to help with the protein. I have already been drinking quite a bit and exercising almost everyday.
I guess my body is holding on to the weight but I wi**** would hurry up and let go!

Stall--oh my gosh yes---I can't stand it---And my period is acting all crazy too----weightloss can surely mess that up sometimes too===so I am bloated---PMSing===and still at the same weight for a number of days now---very depressing--When we are losing we are so light on our feet and happy---when we are not---
Same here...Ive been at the same weight for 2 weeks also. Actually been bouncing 2 extra lbs up and down too!! Gets frustrating!!! But I think it will pass.. Our bodies are used to more food and thinks were starving it to death!!! So I guess its holding on for dear life~~!! lol
Oh well..I guess this too shall pass!! Weve already came so far!!!
Hang in there!!
Hi fellow Marchers!!
I too have stalled. I am very good at getting my fluids and protein in and I exercise EVERYDAY!! Somedays I wonder if I my caloric intake is adequate--too much, too little? Anyone using fitday? I don't know about everyone else--but it is SO frustrating to work so hard and not see results! Maybe as you get closer to goal, it gets harder to lose?!? I have to remind myself to keep up the hard work and the scale will move again and I will drop another size in clothing!! Would love anyone's advice-experiences-suggestions!

I use fitday.com and it's still tough for me to eat the 1000-1100 calories my doctor wants me to eat. I usually am very full with 900 calories a day. I really like fitday -- very helpful. Anyway, Iwas stalled for a while, but I've lost 4 more as of today after making sure I ate at least 1000 calories all last week.
I'm with ya! It's frustrating but even though the pounds are not falling off right now the inches still are! I'm almost out of all of my pants but my shirts are holding in there for me. Thankfully I have 2 sons that love to wear large clothing and I can fit into their shorts and shirts when messing around the house. Just keep trucking and it will come.
