EXERCISE REGIMEN
Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's, me and my daughter go to Curves. We love it. Tuesday's and Thursday's, I meet some friends at the highschool track and walk a mile. Sometimes more. Also lift hand weights during the week. Summer is so busy with vacations and visits, that it's hard to keep to a exercise schedule. I really try!
RECENT OR CURRENT PROBLEMS?
None that I can think of. All is going well.
RECENT SUCCESSES?
Theatre seats are no problem. More energy. Just want to live life to the fullest.
GOAL FOR JULY
Try more adventures that I would never have attempted while heavier. Keep up with vitamins and protein. Also, exercise more and on a steady schedule. Live healthy!!

Right now i am walking on the treadmill at home or riding my bike atleast 6 times a week...just got the OK from the doc to join curves....

Buying that first pair of pants in the "regular" section of the store...not the Plus size...hididng in the back...lmao...gone from a 26/28 to an 18

Would like to hit the -120 mark...but if i dont...i am not going to stress...this a definetly been a wild journey and i have learned to just take it on day at a time!!!

Fitting in an airplance seat also (YAY us trisha!), so I went to Florida to visit my friend. I'm a shopping *****! I can go everyday to the mall, I love clothes!!

My goal is simple, I just want to keep on losing at the rate I am losing and (knock on wood) I have not had a stall yet. I want to keep it up.

EXERCISE REGIMEN
I try to walk 4 times a week on the treadmill minimun of 2 miles. I use the stairs rather then elevator when possible. I joined a gym, but had to go out of the country, so I need to get my lazy rear to the gym and form a routine.
RECENT OR CURRENT PROBLEMS?
Hair loss, lack of protien. I need advise, suggestions etc.
Scare is red and swallen, but nothing to be overly concern about.
RECENT SUCCESSES?
I agree I just went to Australia and I fitted in the airplane seat with regular seatbelt not needing seatbelt extender. I also didn't get any weird stares.
Crossing my legs when I sit down!!!!

4 days a week strength/circuit/weight training. 4-5 days a week cardio. This week not so good, only been 3 times, but since June it's been solid.
RECENT OR CURRENT PROBLEMS?
Pesky gas when I eat too many carbs. I'm turning into a pear with my weight loss but, I'm still losing inches off the bottom, just not as quickly.
RECENT SUCCESSES?
More energy, clothes sizes going down and fitting in things I have not fit for a long while. Feeling better, looking smaller.
GOAL FOR JULY
Would like to reach 100 lbs lost by 5 month anniversary - getting close. I've heard folks say they lost 50% of their excess weight by 6 months, I'd love to be down 125 pounds by then, but it's quite ambitious.

Pounds lost so far: almost 84 lbs
Recent or current problems:
Feeling more hungry than I was previously, eating more ounces than previously (about 6 oz.), still having trouble getting in all the water, and still having on-going back and hip problems.
Recent successes:
There's space between me and the steering wheel. Yay! I'm down in clothing sizes, joined a 3 days/week water aerobics class (and I can do it and love it!), getting out more and walking is so much easier I put my cane in the closet ... Yay!
Goal for July:
I'd love to be a century club loser by the end of the month , but I'm not going to hang my hopes on it. Also would like to extend my walking ... only up to two blocks a day now (or 3 laps around the local Lowe's store while it's so hot ... sh-h-h-h-h don't tell them I'm not shopping), and I'd like to be doing much better than that.
Pounds to left to lose:
So many I don't want to even *THINK* about it (!) ... just taking one day at a time.

EXERCISE REGIMEN
I have an elliptical trainer in my basement...I average around 45 minutes 4-5 days weekly. I also walk by Basenjis (African hunting dogs) in the morning for 30 minutes. Okay, well...they REALLY walk me. They are the third fastest dog breed in the world; therefore, they have a ton of energy.

I have been stalled for about 5 weeks. : ( I am also not losing well around my stomach.
RECENT SUCCESSES?
I am a solid size 16 and am wearing some 14 bottoms. This is great as I am 5' 10"
GOAL FOR JULY
I would like to get out of this stall. I plan to up my average workout time to 55-60 minutes by the end of the month.
