EXERCISE REGIMEN
I was so good about exercising (walking, water aerobics) my first month or two and then I've become really lax these last couple months. I blame the heat (live in the desert - it's been 116 degrees here lately). I get some exercise in a****er park I have a season pass to, but I need to up my exercise. I have walked twice this week for 30 mins each. That's a start.
RECENT OR CURRENT PROBLEMS?
6 lbs weight gain; eating more than I think I should (8oz solids sometimes); very tired lately - easily fatigued.
RECENT SUCCESSES?
Fitting in airplane seat with regular seatbelt not needing seatbelt extender. Started my own support group through ObesityHelp.com and we have a good group that meets twice a month. Fitting in smaller clothes, love going shopping. Fit in most restaurant booths now with no problem.
GOAL FOR JULY
Would like to reach 100 lbs lost by end of the month, but at the rate I'm going I don't see that happening - month is half over. I guess my goal would be to exercise 5 times a week starting this week. I got 2 days down already this week, need to work in 3 more sessions.

EXERCISE REGIMEN?
I have a treadmill at home and exercise for 30-35 minutes at least 5 times per week. Also do various other exercises daily.
RECENT OR CURRENT PROBLEMS?
Due to only being able to eat 2-3 ozs. per meal, I was having trouble getting in the daily amount of protein. Between taking so long to eat, the waiting between eating and drinking, trying to get all the protein and liquids in and lot feel like I was grazing has been a challenge. I have found some High Protein Pudding that has 20 grams of protein per can (1 serving) and has only 100 calories, no sugar and very little fat. I spoke with my Dr. about this and he suggested that I have 2 puddings a day so that would give me 40 grams of protein and to get the remainder in with my food. It seems to be working as I had been on a plateau for over a week and when I started the new regimen, I lost 7 pounds in about 9 days.

GOAL FOR JULY?
Hoping to reach 52-55 pounds lost, which would put me over the 1/2 way mark. I'm also wearing size 14's which are beginning to get some slack in them. Continue my exercise and work to get in as much protein as possible a day, while keeping the calories at 600 or below.

going from 6x to 2 x.... crossing my legs.... reaching all body parts.... fitting in a booth at a resturant.... shopping at a the mall!!! Wearing thigh highs....

I have not been exercising the best! I walk about 2 miles a day..each mile taking about 15 minutes but thats about the extent of it!! I really need to get busy on the rest of the body!!

I am kinda on a plateau. Havent lost in about a week and a half. Been under some stress lately so I am hoping that is the problem because I feel I have actually been eating less. Also I hate the hair loss and cant wait untill it passes!!
RECENT SUCCESSES?
Hitting 208. No longer in the teens or higher!! Getting into my 16s and a couple of 14s!! Not stretching t shirts when I put them on and they fit nice!! Its funny cause I didnt have any Church clothes before surgery because I was too fat!! Now I have none cause of the weight loss and every thing is too big!! What a good feeling!!

Would like to get under 200 but at this plateau, I dont think its gonna happen. But Im not gonna stress out about it cause weve all come a long way!!!!.

EXERCISE REGIMEN
Starting back next week, had to stop due to gallbladder surgery. Will be spending 30 minutes/day on the Bowflex, and doing TaeKwonDo with my son.

Had a week and 1/2 plateau but that was probably IV fluids from the GB surgery.
RECENT SUCCESSES?
Fitting into size 16 jeans, though they're pretty tight. Overall I'm still around an 18. Won't be long and I'll be seeing sizes I haven't seen since Jr. High!! Also figured out that not only do the conference room chairs not hug me and want to come with me when I stand up, they don't even touch my hips anymore!
GOAL FOR JULY
Getting under 200, but things have slowed this month so I won't be too upset if I don't make it. I'll be there soon enough!!

I joined Fitzone and have been working out with weights and the treadmill. I am not as good as I should be...
Recent or current problems?
My energy wains with this hot weather more quickly then Im use to and these irrating plateaus where you dont lose, or your down in the moring and gained by night time..I know I know throw the scale away...
Recent successes?
I have lost a total off 55.5 inches all over since surgery on March 10, 2005.
Goal for July
To get more protein in, more exercise, and B12 and keep smiling!!!!!!

I have slacked on my exercising over the summer. Been extremely too hot here to walk in the evenings. But I do try to do arm and leg exercises at my desk. I am planning on doing my walk away the pounds tape tonight.

For the last month I have not been getting in my protein or recommended amount of water.
RECENT SUCCESSES?
I have dropped 3 clothing sizes. I went to Jamaica back in June and did not need the extended seatbelt on the plane.

I want to be more serious about my exercising. I think because of this, lack of protein and water that this has slowed my weight loss down.
