Oh wow!!! That is awesome!!! You are melting away!!! Soon you'll be in the 200's - a "normal" number!! I started at 376 and am now under 300. It's so nice when you cross that bridge - which will be soon. Just coming down from 500 lbs is awesome!! What a major accomplishment. What size did you wear at first and what are you down to now? What are you able to do now that you weren't able to do pre-op? Trisha

STARTED AT 8X AND I AM IN A REGULAR XL SHIRT NOW, PAANTS WAS ABOUT A 70 AND JUST GOT INTO 46'S YESTERDAY. CAN DRIVE MY CAR WITH THE SEAT UPRIGHT AND HAVE ROOM IN THE SEATBELT TO SPARE USED TO DRIVE WITHOUT IT BECAUSE IT WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO CLICK. TIE MY SHOES , GET UP OFF THE FLOOR WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANCE OR FURNITURE TO BRACE MYSELF WITH, NEVER REALIZED HOW BAD I ACTUALLY WAS TILL NOW.
