I have been reading these posts today and I seem to be way behind everyone in my weight loss. As of today I have lost 63 pounds. I started at 324 and am 261 today. I have gone from a size 30-32 to a 22-24 in bottoms (still wear some 26-28 tops since they fall lower on the belly) I mostly eat protein and veggies but I have a little pasta and rice sometimes. I only drink water and get at least 64 oz a day. I am sure I could use more exercise but we hjave been going to the pool or the beach several days a week and walking the mall or walmart at least once a week too. any words of wisdom? Thanks Terri

Terri, I think you are doing great! I I had surgery on 03/30/05 and I have only lost 60 lbs. I don't get in all my protein, barely get in all my water and I don't exercise much. (unless going up & down the stairs at home count). Keep up the good work, it will come off. Take Care, Amy

Hi, I had my surgery 3/30/05, I am down 60lbs, below 200!!! I was 254lbs now 194. I do get all my fluids in, eat mostly protein and veggies/fruits, low carbs. I walk now at least 2 times a week 2 miles and using some weights now to get toned up. Keep up the good work all of you!!! Any weight loss is a success!! Each pound you lose brings you one step closer to goal!!! Good luck Lynn

Yeah, I do have words of wisdom: Stop worrying about it! You are not at the bottom of the curve. My wife had her surgery 3/28 and has lost 60 lbs. Don't worry what anybody else is doing--you're doing fine! Greg (342/242/178)

I had surgery on 3/29 and I am down 64. Why beat yourself up over it. You didn't gain all that weight over night so you will not lose it over night. I think you are doing great. If you are losing too slow then so am I and I don't think I am at all. Enjoy your accomplishments don't make them inot failures. Eileen

You are doing great!!! U always need to remember that everyone is going to lose differently. 63 pounds is awesome!!! If you are getting your protein and water in then I wouldn't worry about it!!! Just keep up the good work Bonnie

Terri, I think you are doing great! I too felt that I was losing so slowly but then my Hubby averaged it out for me and it was about 22pounds per month! WOW I said imagine how long it would have taken to lose that weight without the surgery. I know I lose slower but that is ok I am enjoying this ride! Margie
