Constipation Remedies?

My Dr. told me I could take Zelnorm when needed. I take one twice a week in the morning with 6 ozs of prune juice. It cleans me totally out. Sugar free candy use to work before surgery but don't anymore. Nothing else works like Zelnorm 6mg. (prescription only).

I am now on Miralax. The only thing that was working for me was to take a ducolax laxative. You can't stay on that for ever. The candy, prunes, cereals, etc, just didn't work for me. I've been on the miralax for about a week, I think it's working. I'll see how I feel in another week. You can mix this powder with plan water, it dissolved completely and has no taste. I add it to crystal ligh****er or my protein drink. Good Luck, Suzanne
