Serious WOW Moment

Normally I weigh in on Tuesday's....BUT I just HAD to check today and guess what...I'm FINALLY below 300! That's right I'm 299! This is just what I needed right now! Especially with my mom saying she can't tell I've lost any weight to my dad saying I thought you would look a lot different but you don't. YEA ME! HUGS Kim 386/299/150

Way (weigh) to go! You're doing terrific. You know people that see us all the time may not notice the change as much as those that see us less often. I saw the surgeon on Tuesday and he said wow you're doing great. he showed me the before picture and I finally noticed the weight loss. Thing is, I live in a different state than my family. They are in KY and I'm in FL. So they dont' see me, just the pictures I send. oh well.
