HALLELUJAH, 3 MONTHS POST OP

Hello all. I am 3 months out and down 90 pounds!!!!!! Thank you JESUS!!!! I feel WONDERFUL!!!!!! I am wearing a 22/24 now. In March 2005 before I had my surgery, I was wearing 34/36. I can't even begin to tell you some of the things I am able to do. I walked 2 miles the other day. I have never been able to walk anywhere, unless I had a cane. I am only 35 years old and I hated walking with a cane. BUT NOT NO MORE!!! Thank you all for your prayers and thank you JESUS for obesityhelp. Lisa

WOW Lisa, that's wonderful! I'll be 3 months post-op on June 29th,haven't been on the scales lately, (maybe about a month ago),I was down a little over 65 lb.without any exercise.Just started Curves 3 times a week and some light walking,(30-45 min. 3 times a week)I couldn't walk much because of the pain in my joints.
