Happy Anniversary to all of us who had surgery on St. Patrick's Day this year. And, thank you, God, for this gift I have been given, this tool to change my life. Already, I am enjoying so many changes: - A bad cholesterol number of 39 - Being able to wear size 18 - Shoes that fit - The sparkle in my eye is back - Actually enjoying exercising - Fruit tastes wonderfully sweet and delicious - My thighs and tummy aren't up against the steering wheel - My family has lost that pained, worried look they all had when I walked into a room. - I've given away 2 bags of fat clothes etc. etc.

Hi Donna, I'm your surgery date buddy! You've done an awesome job so far on your journey. I was just commenting in my profile today that one thing I'm so pleased about is feeling better about myself when it comes to going out in public places. Three months is making such a big difference. Continued well wishes for you! Kathleen
