3 MONTH CHECKUP WITH KLIGMAN
HAD MY 3 MONTH POSTOP VISIT TODAY AND WE ARE OFFICIALLY 178 LBS LIGHTER. HARD TO BELIEVE IVE DROPPED THAT MUCH IN SUCH A SHORT TIME KLIGMAN GAVE ME A GOAL WEIGHT OF 240-260 BEING THAT IM 6'3" AND BEING A FORMER ATHLETE I DO HAVE SOME MUSCLE ON ME. I JUST CANT BELIEVE I WAS IN 8X SHIRTS A SHORT WHILE AGO AND TODAY I PUT ON A REGULAR XL AND IT ACTUALLY FIT.
That is unbelievable Steve! How in the world did you drop that fast??!!! You really give me hope, I started out at 478 (with some muscle under there somewhere!) but didn't think there was ever a chance I would get down into XL shirts again. What is your workout routine? I've been lifting for about a month now, 3 times a week and I do cardio the other 4 days. I have only been able to drop about 4-5 pounds a week in the last 5 or 6 weeks and have been exercising like crazy and not eating hardly anything. No matter what I do, I can't lose more than 4 pounds a week. It's nice and steady so far, but I would love to break out a nice 10 pound week again. Keep up the great work and get some pictures up on your profile if you can so we can see your progress!

Good to hear from you. Wow! 178 pounds I'm doing the happy dance for ya! That is terrific and I'm sure Kligman is please. I'm sure you feel like a new person becasue I know I do. Congrats on your success....... I will be seing him on June 30th for my 3 month check up. Here it comes I'm slapping ya a high-five......
