another plateu!?

I haven't really plateaued since I'm losing still but I've been in the 280's for a couple weeks now. I think it's because I used to weigh 280 for almost a year and I've heard it's always really hard to get past the weight you were for a long time before the surgery. I won't complain though. I'm down 61lbs and am thrilled. But I'll be even more thrilled once I get past the 280's. Kerri -61lbs

OH plateus are wonderful!!! I seem to lose 5 lbs. fast and then the next 5 take forever!! It has went this way from the beginning!! I guess it doesnt help that Im a slave to the scales!! Every morning before my shower I have to get on those scales!! Oh well I am happy with my 54 lbs this far.. Wearing a loose 18 and some 16s!! woo hoo!! This makes being a loser fun!!!!
