gallbladder already??

I went to the doc yesterday, I have a low-grade fever, BP is up, and from where the tenderness and pain is located, he's pretty sure it's my GB. I had an ultrasound done this morning, I should know something within the next couple of days. I'd rather not have another surgery so soon, but I don't want to keep having these pains either! Thanks!
