almost 14 weeks....

It's been almost 14 weeks now and 80 lbs gone man this is great..I feel so good I go to the pool and joined curves love to do them both..I can't belive I'm down to 275 that is just crazy..I still don't eat much I feel I should be eatin more but I feel good so I guess I'm fine..hope everyone has a great week.. Shelly, love your excitement and enthusiasm, keep up the good work and keep sharing about your success, it hopefully will be more catching, i need to up my exercise. I joined the gym as of june 1st but haven't been there yet. but planning on starting sooon. be well sheryl
