anyone have CIGNA insurance?

hi there my name is nikki vaughn and i am waiting for my insurance approval for the 3rd time now and finally they have everything they need. should hopefully have a positive decision made by the first of the week. my question to all who may have cigna insurance, were you only allowed to have the RNY? i have seen several people that have had CIGNA be approved for the DS procedure in which i am hoping for. the first person i spoke w/ at CIGNA, told me on my policy in which i hold, covers anything to do w/ bariatric surgery and now on my first 2 denial letters they also stated that they would not cover the DS because it is considered experimental?? i have found out of several people that has had the DS w/ CIGNA and i feel whats good for 1 is good for all right? so if there is anyone out there who may have had the DS and covered by CIGNA and has any info. that could help me it would be greatly appreciated hope to hear from someone soon....thank you, nikki v.
