NUTS about Nuts!!
I love nuts. I eat them alot too. I was told to try the roasted soy nuts. They have 14 grams of protein and only 6 grans of fat. OF that only one gram is the bad fat. All of this in 1/4 cup. I chew chew chew. I have even mixed the different nuts and made my own trail mix. Peanuts in the shell are good also because it takes time to open them so you only get one at a time and you have time in between each bite. Hope this helps.

Peanuts in the shell are GREAT!!!
We have to eat them slow cause it takes a while to get the shells off.
1/2 cup of peanuts with the shell on = 8 grams of protein!
Also, shelled and salted sunflower seeds. 1/4 cup = 8 grams.
Did you ever see a fat bird? Birds eat seeds.. right?
