NUTS about Nuts!!
Nuts are fine. I've had peanuts, cashews, almonds, macadamia nuts and I think that's about it since surgery. Crunchy stuff is good. But remember, even though they seem to be high in protein, our bodies do not absorb all of it. Whey/Soy protein is better absorbed and meat over nuts, plus they are superhigh in fat. So they are good every now and then for an occassional crunchy and salty snack!! Try it out! I had peanuts at about 1 1/2 months out and was fine.
