B: Publix Apple Pie Yogurt (SF, Low Fat) and 1 scoop of Protein Powder S: 1/4 C cashews L: 12 oz Beef Stew (Dinty Moore) D: Salad w/ Honey Mustard Dressing, Turkey, Ham, Cheese S: 1 cup Popcorn I work out at the gym 4-5 times a week on average. Swimming has me feeling GREAT! I have lost 82 lbs since my surgical consult, 74 lbs since surgery.
