Congrats!!! That is awesome. Just curious - have you been watching Hell's Kitchen? That master chef is so evil!! Who can work under his conditions? Keep up the good work!! You are doing great!! Hugs, Trisha

Great job Steve! You can do it! I hit my 100 mark at 3 months and a day (I was at 99 for almost a week, but couldn't get off that last pound!). That's fantastic that you are almost down 200lbs and I have all the respect in the world for you to have lost 80 prior to surgery. What dedication that must have taken. You'll have to let me know what it feels like to get into the 200's again! Like you, I don't see myself getting down much more than 240 or so, especially since I have started lifting weights again regularly, but I'll take 240 over 480 any day of the wee****ep it up brother! Way to go Steve You're a he.. of a person to have lost 80 lbs b4 surgery. I wish I could've lost weight on my own. That in itself shows you have great determination and will. Keep up the good work. You'll be there b4 you know it. Deborah W.

Super, Steve! Keep up the good battle! I saw my PCP last month, about 2-1/2 months or so after surgery. I was sitting in a chair in her exam room (I had hurt my back and it was tough sitting up on the table) when she walked in. Her eyes got wide and her jaw dropped (I was down about 70-75 lbs at the time) and I just grinned and said "Nice to see you finally got bigger chairs in your office!" We both had a great laugh and a victory hug. So, 100 lbs or just shy, enjoy the moment, man! It's the little moments like these that make it all worthwhile!! Greg (342/262/178)
