Anyone else having trouble with water?

well, i am your sister. we have the same last name and we had surgery the day day. i also have trouble drinking all the water i am supposed to. but you have to do it. you can tell when your dehydrated by how dark your urine is. i can always tell. i have learned to freeze the water and walk with it everywhere i go. Toni you have to try. promise me you will. if you do it i will try right along with you.
