How much time per meal
I'm supposed to stretch out my meal to 30 mins, but I have yet to do that. Food gets cold by then. It's usually 15 minutes for me. I think we all have our own pace. If you are eating too fast, just try to slow it down each time. Don't eat at the computer, in front of TV, at your desk while you work or in bed. Those places it's easy to get lost track of time.
