Salad (with chopped meet and egg on top)
Chili
Soup
SF popcicles
Lay's light chips ( 1 snack bag is 75 calories and I have one maybe once a week)
spegetti sauce (tiny bit of pasta)
rice and tomatos
raw tomatos
lemons
canned asparagas (yummy)
chicken
pork loin
I crave veggies!!
I can also eats grapes and cherries and watermelon.

I can tolerate most of these things in moderation. IF I have it to many times in a week or something I have to lay off it because I get very nauseated real quick.
Tuna
Soup {certain kinds}
NUTS...cashews especially
some protein drinks
ground meat
chicken
turkey
beans
south beach wraps {yummy}

I am like another person who posted:
Some day I can tolerate alot others nothing not even protien drinks. hats up with that.
Things that I tend to do better with-
-turkey slices
-low carb yogurt
-low fat cheese
-fish- small amount
-a few crackers
No ice cream of any kind and for some reason soup must be all one texture.
Same here. I wish I could tolerate chicken. I miss it. I am also able to eat tamales, tacos with corn tortillas, nachos, beans, tuna salad, deli ham rolled up with cream cheese and pineapple, fruits, cooked veggies and frozen treats **** cream, sf pops, gelato, etc.). My tolerance levels increase each day. Yay!!
