Does anyone have pain in the back of their legs?

For the past two days I have had pain in the back of my thighs... I know I haven't been drinking as much water as I should, so I don't know if that is a sign of dehydration or not? I haven't exerted myself too much excersize wise so I don't think it would be from that. Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone had anything similar happen to them? Thanks, Bonnie

This may be weird (and probably wrong), but get your potassium levels checked. My levels are low enough to cause my PCP concern, though I don't have any symptoms.

Muscle pain can be a sign of dehydration but it can also be a sign of other deficiencies as well. Call your doctor and see what their recommendations are. Toni

Hey Bonnie-- Have that potassium level checked. When I had my stricture, I was low in both magnesium and potassium and was dehydrated (I was a mess). Anyway, long story short, it explained why my hands were constantly cramping...Hope you feel better soon! Courtney
