WHATS ON THE MENU FOR TODAY?
B: a scrambled egg mixed with some cheese
Snack:protein shake
L: 2 slices of turkey rolled w/cheese
snack:protein shake & carb control vanilla yogurt
D: 3 little slices of chicken w/ veggies
and of course.... WATER, WATER, WATER(which I still don't think I drink enough of- but am working on it!)
