Here's an idea.. I think we can help each other this way by giving each other ideas of what we can eat. Everyone should post what they ate in a given day. I think it would help all of us... I don't know what to eat anymore. I'm starting to hate food. Viv

Hi! Today I had a Ham egg and cheese breakfast hot pocket ( my nutritionist says they are ok because they have a very thin crust, unlike reg. hot pockets), at around 7 am and around 10:30 I had a polly-o-string cheese. Thats it so far!

Been lazy today, so 4 string cheese (total 36g protein) and I'll have an Odyssey bar (30g) at my support meeting tonight. Don't know what I'll do for the last 6g I'll need. Two bottles of Crystal Light Lemonade so far. Greg (342/265/178)

Hi Vivian, lnd- pork riblets, scallop potatoes~very small amount cooked in crockpot lns- SF jello w/bananas~came right back up. breakfast- 24 oz decaf coffee w/creamer&splenda snack- lunch- s- dinner- snack- Vitamins- multi, B1, Calcium Citrate w/D Exercise- just my fingers Deborah W. 298/247/170

Breakfast was 6 oz low card vanilla yogurt (yum) Lunch (still working on it at 2:30 PM) turkey roll-up (1 oz deli turkey and 1 slice provolone cheese) Dinner ? Haven't crossed that bridge yet (I know, meals should be planned out) My challenge has been getting in my water, everytime I start sipping on a bottle of water or crystal light, I start feeling very full, almost instantaniously. (sp?) That combined with not drinking with food, it's very difficult to get the fluids in. Toni

I always feel like I am eating too much...so far today, Breakfast- 2 cups green tea. 1 wedge laughing cow cheese one unjury protein drink mixed with decaf coffee snac****d decaf coffee with equal and fat free half and half 2 laughing cow cheese wedges 1 sugar free popsickle lunch- atkins vanilla yogurt unjury unflavored protein mixed with diet nestea but i threw half out, it was gross snack - 2 sugarfree fudgesicles dinner- i am making grilled chicken breast, brown rice and steamed green beans for the family but the chicken doesn't alwasy agree with me so i'll let you know how I do later.

breakfast-vanilla unjury with 8 oz of vanilla silk snack-two fat free crackers with tuna lunch-protein shake (advant edge cafe caramel) snack-two bites of fat free cottage cheese, I couldn't eat any more dinner-havent gotten that far yet...

b- about 1/4 cup cheerios w/milk L- about 1 cup of chicken w/rice soup S-2 sunchips D-5 bites of a sweet potato, a little salad w/vinegar and about 6 bites of pressed steak Been drinking diet tea all day. Today was a good eating day Courtney

Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg beater and 2 bites of cantaloupe Lunch: baked rosemary chicken and a few bites of mashed cauliflower Dinner: meat loaf and 2 tablespoons of creamed spinach No meal equals more than a half cup and I usually eat a little less.
